3. Tornado
Windy Lock = 0
Expand Storm = 0
Piercing Storm= 0

4. Blizzard
Familiar Cold = 0
Grudge Freeze = 10
Freeze Upgrade = 9

PASSIVE SKILLS

1.Intellect Mastery = 0
2.Skill Training = 15
3.Agility Upgrade = 0
4.Energy Absorption = 0

*2SP Left. You can put it on -cd on blizzard if you want or just save it.

FAQ:

Q. NO SP for -cd and -mp for Barrier?
A. Yes Because Barrier wont trigger if you didnt hit by mobs by 800dmg(Max DMG Absorbed), I
felt that it is quite useless now for getting the -cd/-mp. Every SP is important.

Q. NO SP for Tornado, Frozen Heart and INT Mastery?
A. Yes Because we have only 45 SP( 1 SP per level) and we have to maximize BLIZZARD so
sacrificing those skills is good in my opinion.
